Wonderful product, excellent support

Four months after purchasing the unit, encountered battery issues. The unit was not holding power, although it showed it was charged 100%. It will drop 5o 48% once unplugged from outlet. Customer service, Jem, followed up expeditiously and a replacement unit was shipped the same day and received within two days. The new unit worked like a charm. Cudos to the company.

Excellent Product

I bought the DJS90 about 8 months ago, fully charged it and stored it in my pickup truck in case I needed it. Today, I got a call from my dad saying that his car wouldn't start. I went to his house and hooked it up to the car and turned on the charger. It was still 98% charged and immediately started the vehicle. After the jump, it still shows 94% charge availability. Everyone should keep one of these in their vehicle at all times. One of the best items I've ever bought for under $100.
